About
For more than 15 years, I worked as a General Counsel, advising executive teams, leading legal departments and making deicions where business, people and risk intersected.Then life changed.After relocating to the UK, I experienced first-hand what transformation looks like - not as a theory but as reality. The UK forced me to rebuild professionally but it also changed the way I think about leadership. I realised that the most difficult challenges are rarely legal - they are human. They involve confidence, communication, trust, difficult decisions and the ability to lead through uncertainty.That experience shaped the way I coach today. I don't help people become someone else. I help them lead with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.I combine executive leadership experience with coaching and strategic advisory, helping leaders, business and legal teams, and organisations build stronger businesses, stronger relationship and stronger leadership.Alongside my coaching, I founded General Counsel Club Ukraine, a community connecting senior legal leaders across industries.I am in progress of qualifying (November 2026) as ICF Accredited Coach.
